Working with your events team, and our capacity to provide additional services where and when necessary provides a seamless mobile bar hire service.

Guests and visitors to your event will enjoy exceptional and award winning real ale brewed by us along side ciders, spirits, wines and soft drinks. And when the occasion arrises we can provide welcome/toast drinks.

We work on either exclusive or preferred supplier agreements:
Exclusive agreements – our bars and equipment can remain on site allowing your venue to maintain some dressing for viewings.
Preferred supplier – as part of a small group of chosen suppliers

Our ultimate goal is to provide an excellent product and service for you and your customers and to enhance your existing offering making sure each of your events is memorable.

Our outdoor bar hire includes:

  • Bars from 4m to 12m inside marquees/tipis
  • 4m bar trailer provided
  • From 4 to 20 real ales on handpull
  • A range of fruit ciders on handpull
  • Up to 8 taps pouring our Premium Pilsner Lager
  • Mobile cold room providing proper cellar conditions
  • Cocktail bar provided for Ladies Day

Our choice of payment options are useful to meet with the event’s requirements:

  • Pre bought or bought on the day token system to improve flow of customers to the bar
  • All payments taken by card as MR is a cashless site

Glassware is provided:

  • Use of eco-friendly disposable glassware

CHECK OUT OUR MOBILE BAR & REFRIGERATED TRAILER HIRE

Our refrigerated trailer can be hired as part of a bar package or can be hire separately to provide cold storage for weddings, festivals or other events. We will deliver it, set it up and collect it when you are finished.
